Yahya is very thorough, professional and impresssed both my wife and I as considerably knowledgeable of the home market in our area. We initially met by way of a casual request for an after work review of a Condo near our former home, that was another realtor's listing. We liked the property, and promptly placed a bid, and successfully took possession of it 6 weeks later, with his assistance. At that point we chose to retain him to sell our home of 32 years which required some months to fully vacate. It sold quickly after his well-timed listing, to the satisfaction of all... We liked him the moment we met and found him quite personable and easy to work with. He was never pushy, and enabled us all the time we needed to transfer our belongings to the new purchase.
